The Elevate Intensive is a focused, immersive virtual training designed to support coaches enrolled in the Elevate program. Below you’ll find everything you need to know to prepare, attend with confidence, and access your materials afterward.
Who is eligible to attend the Elevate Intensive?
The Elevate Intensive is available only to coaches who are currently enrolled in the Elevate program. If you are actively enrolled, you are welcome to attend and participate fully in the experience.
When is the Elevate Intensive event?

We recommend logging in early to allow time for setup and to ensure a smooth start.
How to Access Elevate Intensive Training
The green ENTER CLASSROOM button/link will appear on your event site at 8:40AM Pacific Time Thursday, May 28th

Is there a dress code?
Yes — business casual is perfect.
For the best on-camera experience, we also recommend:
Sitting with light from a window or lamp in front of you, not behind
Choosing a comfortable, professional setup where you can remain focused all day
How should I prepare for the Elevate Intensive?
To support your experience, please prepare the following:
A journal or notebook and pen for notes and exercises
A beverage to stay hydrated throughout the day
A quiet, calm space where you won’t be interrupted
Setting up your environment in advance will help you stay fully present and engaged.
I received a link to my event site. What should I do next?
When you click the event site link for the first time, you’ll be prompted to review and accept the Terms and Conditions. Once completed, your event site will open automatically.
We recommend completing this step ahead of time so you’re ready on event day.

Will a replay be available?
Yes. A replay of the Elevate Intensive will be available within 2-4 weeks after the training.

Throughout the event, there may be breakout sessions. Instructions will be posted in the main ballroom. If you have any questions, feel free to message your Room Leader Mahogonee McIntyre on Zoom chat for clarification.
How can I change/update my name on zoom?
Please message your Room Leaders, Mahogonee McIntyre and Paula Lopez, on Zoom chat for support on this.
Someone Turned my Camera Off/Video Off or I cannot turned on my Camera
Our Event Team constantly scans our attendees inside Zoom and they turn off cameras/video for a variety of reasons. When this happens, you can click the Chat button inside Zoom and send a message to Mahogonee, your "Room Leader" and she will be happy to turn this back on for you. :)
