Who is eligible to attend the Business and Vocation Immersion?
You are eligible if:
- You are actively enrolled in Brave Thinking Masters (BTM), OR
- You are actively enrolled in Brave Thinking Masters Platinum (BTMP), AND
- Your account is current (no past-due balance)
You are not eligible if:
- Your membership is inactive
- Your account has a past-due balance
- You are not enrolled in BTM or BTMP
When is the Love and Relationship Immersion event (LRI)?
The LRI (Love and Relationship Immersion) will be on:

Please plan to be available for the full day to receive the greatest benefit from the training.
The Pre Event Call will be on Monday, August 3 at 12:00PM-1PM Pacific.
The Post Event Call will be on Wednesday, August 12 at 4:00PM-5:00PM Pacific.
How to Access LRI Training
The green ENTER CLASSROOM button will appear on your event site at 8:45AM Pacific Time Friday, August 7th

If the ENTER CLASSROOM button does not appear during that time window:

- Double-check your internet connection
For the Pre-Event Call (August 3, 2026) and Post-Event Call (August 12, 2026), a red button will appear approximately 5 minutes before the call begins. Click this button to access and attend the live call.
Is there a dress code?
Yes — business casual is perfect.
For the best on-camera experience, we also recommend:
Sitting with light from a window or lamp in front of you, not behind
Choosing a comfortable, professional setup where you can remain focused all day
How should I prepare for the Immersion?
To support your experience, please prepare the following:
A journal or notebook and pen for notes and exercises
A beverage to stay hydrated throughout the day
A quiet, calm space where you won’t be interrupted
Setting up your environment in advance will help you stay fully present and engaged.
I received a link to my event site. What should I do next?
When you click the event site link for the first time, you’ll be prompted to review and accept the Terms and Conditions. Once completed, your event site will open automatically.
We recommend completing this step ahead of time so you’re ready on event day.

Will a replay be available?
Yes. A replay of the Immersion will be available within 2-4 weeks after the training.
To access the replay:
Log in to your Brave Thinking Masters or Platinum member site.
Navigate to the Live Trainings tab

Throughout the event, there maybe breakout sessions. Instructions will be posted in the main ballroom. If you have any questions, feel free to message your Room Leaders (Karie Cassell or Luz Torres) on Zoom chat for clarification.
How can I change/update my name on zoom?

Someone Turned my Camera Off/Video Off or I cannot turned on my Camera
Our Event Team constantly scans our attendees inside Zoom and they turn off cameras/video for a variety of reasons. When this happens, you can click the Chat button inside Zoom and send a message to your "Room Leader" (Karie Cassell or Luz Torres) and they will be happy to turn this back on for you. :)
