If you are experiencing issues connecting to or using Zoom during your training, please follow the steps below.
Before You Begin
Make sure you are using a computer (Mac or PC) with a working camera and microphone for the best experience.
Tablets and mobile devices may work, but they may not support full participation.
Step 1: Install or Update Zoom
Make sure Zoom is installed and up to date on your device.
Download or update Zoom here:
https://zoom.us/download
Step 2: Close Unnecessary Tabs and Applications
Close all unused browser tabs and applications running on your device.
This helps improve Zoom performance and connection stability.
Step 3: Pause Background Syncing
Pause any file syncing services (such as Dropbox, iDrive, or similar programs) while you are in your training session.
Step 4: Sign Out and Sign Back In
Log out of Zoom completely, then log back in before joining your session again.
Step 5: Restart Your Device
Restart your computer if Zoom is not responding properly or your device is running slowly.
Step 6: Clear Your Browser Cache and Cookies
Clearing your browser’s cache can help resolve loading or access issues.
